はじめに
こんにちは！モーリーです。
早速ですが、皆さんは普段なにを食べて何を飲んで暮らしていますか？
私の場合は、
朝食にコンソメスープ、納豆卵かけご飯、
昼食は、サラダ、おにぎり、チョコレート、
夕食は、朝のコンソメスープの残りとお酒と缶詰のサバの味噌煮など。。
大体仕事がある日は、スープの具材やおにぎりの種類が変わるだけで
ほとんど同じようなものを食べています。
私の食生活は特に突っ込みどころもなく、普通なのですが
一応、一応！栄養などに気を遣っています。
コンソメスープは減塩にしたり、チョコレートはカカオが多めのもの、
納豆やサラダは必ず食べるようにするとか、、
とにかく主食のおにぎりだけ！とかラーメンだけ！とか
丼物などでもひとつのものだけにならないように気を遣っています。
でもそれって、、
すごい大変じゃないですか？？
もしコンビニで３種類（サラダ、おにぎり、汁物）を毎日食べるにしても
主食ひとつ（パスタとか）の方が安いし、組み合わせを考えたりするのが
めんどくさい。。
そこで！ですね、やっと本題に入りますが、遅くなりました！
主食たったひとつで、からだに必要なものを全部入れた「新しい主食」
というものをご紹介したいと思います！
「新しい主食」BASE BREADとは
BASE BREAD とは、かんたんで、おいしくて、からだにいい。
をコンセプトとした完全栄養食です。
忙しい毎日でコンビニの保存料の入った味の濃い食べ物、
ファーストフード店の炭水化物祭りのセットメニューばかり、、
そんな大変な日常でも栄養バランスを考えずに
食べるだけで、1日に必要な栄養素の3分の1を補給できる
アップデートされた主食なのです。
凄すぎぃいいいいい！
プレーンとチョコレートと2種類あるのですが
私はチョコレートが大好きなので、チョコレート味にしました。
チョコレートは5月18日に新発売した商品です！
パッケージはこんな感じ。
裏面の栄養素の細かさが見たことないくらいビッシリ書かれています。

実食
ただ栄養がしっかりとれていると言っても、おいしくなかったら食べれないですよね。
そこで、実際に食べてみました。
中身はこんな感じ。
まず、温めたりせず食べてみました。
ん〜、、パンの生地はモッサリしてて、
レーズンみたいな、（入ってないんだけど）食感があって
味はあんまりせず。。。
パッケージを見てみると、
「電子レンジ（500w目安）で約20秒加熱すると美味しく食べられます」
と書いていまして、
結果、絶対温めた方が格段に美味いです。笑
温めた方が、生地がふっくらして
チョコレート感がとてもよく感じられました！
普通に美味しい。。
一個263kcalと普通の菓子パンとさほどカロリーは変わりませんが
栄養素が全く違うので、置き換えにすれば良いと思います！
「（1000w目安）で3分ほど焼いてください」と
お勧めの食べ方がありましたので、
別日にトースターで焼いて食べてみました。
お皿にサラダも盛り付け、質の良い生活感が出ております。
トースターで焼く際はめっちゃくちゃパンが熱くなるのでご注意ください！
いざ、実食です！
、、え！一番美味しい！！！
結構感動しました。トースターで焼くと
表面はカリカリで、中が程よく柔らかくて
チョコ感は中の柔らかいところで感じられます。
あっさりしたチョコレートパンって感じで、小麦全粒粉が入っているのに
パサパサ感もなくとても美味しかったです！
まとめ
パンなのに、一食に必要な栄養が全てとれて
今までの一汁三菜の概念を打ち負かすような新しい商品だと感じました！
その上、美味しくてササっと食べられるのも
大変魅力的です。
今度はプレーンのタイプも買ってみて
バンズにしてハンバーガーとか、スープにつけて食べたりとか
アレンジがし放題なのでチャレンジしてみたいですね！
